Appointments
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.
Insurance and Billing
The Pediatric Clinic accepts most major insurance plans. The following is a list of Plans accepted. If you do not see yours on the list, please call our office at 903.572.9823 to determine if we are contracted with your carrier.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician.
Pay Bill Online
To better serve you, the Pediatric Clinic now offers an online patient portal. Through the secure patient portal, you can request an appointment and pay your bill. If you do not have an online account, please contact our office at 903.572.9823. Once a patient account has been created, you can pay your bill.

An account manager representative is available to assist you with your bill between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. Please call (903) 575-5176.
