All of our Pediatricians are board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics and have undergone rigorous academic and clinical training in pediatrics. We maintain a high level of expertise through continuing education in order to provide the most up-to-date care for the young patients we are privileged to serve. Our Nurse Practitioners are also board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

The Pediatric Clinic, P.A.Following completion of his pediatric residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, Dr. Henry joined the Pediatric Clinic, P.A. in September 2013. A native Texan, Dr. Henry is now proud to call Mount Pleasant home with his wife, Carrie, and their three children. In addition to his clinical duties, he also enjoys mentoring medical students and residents. Outside of the hospital, he stays active in the community and busy with a multitude of activities with his family. He is also fluent in Spanish thanks to 4 years spent living in Guadalajara, Mexico.

The Pediatric Clinic, P.A.Dr. Rice joined the Pediatric Clinic, P.A. in January, 2018. She was previously the Pediatric ER Medical Director at LSUHSC in Shreveport, LA. Prior to that, she was a civilian pediatric hospitalist at Darnell Army Medical Center in Ft. Hood TX Dr Rice is active at Spring Hill First Baptist Church, Longview, where she has enjoyed working with the youth groups.

The Pediatric Clinic, P.A.Dr. Bradshaw arrived in 1983 after time as a medical missionary in Africa and after having worked full-time as an Emergency Department Physician in South Louisiana. He was an original founder of the Pediatric Clinic, P.A. along with Dr. Stagg and Dr. Chapman.

She graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 1997 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and from University of Texas in Arlington in 2007 with her Master of Science in Nursing and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She spent 16 years treating the pediatric population in the DFW area before moving to East Texas. She and her husband are the proud parents of 3 grown children and 2 dogs. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and being with friends and family.

The Pediatric Clinic, P.A.Kathy Sanders comes to our practice from Bossier City, Louisiana, and has 23 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Sanders obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida State University in 1980. She served eight years in the United States Air Force and completed the Air Force Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program in 1988. She has practiced in a variety of settings. Most recently she worked as a civilian contractor providing medical care to military dependent children from 1988 to 2011. She is married and has a teenager daughter, Elizabeth.

The Pediatric Clinic, P.A.Lara came to our practice in July of 2022 with 19 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Pittsburg and graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1995. She obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from East Texas Baptist University in 1999 and her Master's of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University in 2003. She worked as an RN for 4 years at Children's Medical Center of Dallas on the cardiac and liver transplant unit. After graduating from PNP school Lara and her husband moved home and she has been practicing in the Mt. Pleasant/Pittsburg area since 2003. Lara is married with 4 children and lives in Mt. Pleasant. She has always loved children and caring for her patients and their families is her passion. Outside of work she loves spending time with her family, playing with her 2 puppies and going to her favorite place, Walt Disney World.

The Pediatric Clinic, P.A.Meredith joined The Pediatric Clinic in December of 2022. She graduated from Baylor University with her BSN in 2009 and from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center with her Masters degree in 2014. She has spent the entirety of her career in pediatric care. Meredith and her family returned to east Texas in 2017. Their family stays busy with the girls' activities (2 daughters), church, and various outdoor adventures. She is most happy to talk to you about reading! She works part time in clinic and provides care in the Thrive Clinic which focuses on lifestyle and behavioral interventions for families that struggle in some manner with weight management and prevention.

The Pediatric Clinic, P.A.Tammy joins our team from Sandpoint, Idaho, where she served as both Pediatric Chief of Practice and Chief Nursing Officer at a community health center. She began her nursing career after graduating in 2005 and spent much of her early practice in emergency medicine and forensic nursing. Over the years, Tammy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and became a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. A Texas native, Tammy and her husband have recently returned to the area to be closer to their adult children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with family, and caring for animals.
